In viticulture arise, as in many other areas of food production, on the floor of the production wastewater that must be disposed of effectively and efficiently. Particularly easily liquid residues can be collected in drainage channels and transported away. About a friction design of the surfaces deposits can be prevented. In order to avoid long-term odor nuisance, these channels still need to be cleaned regularly. Developed by ETU the channel offers through a special tilting of the side walls, good accessibility and provides a good insight into the entire channel twill. This facilitates cleaning with water hose or steam cleaner and unpleasant odors are avoided. The shape of the channel complicates additionally the formation of deposits in the channel body.
